Cubasis 3, MIDI Routing for Individual Tracks, to Pair with ChordWalk Creation Areas running on iPad

Below is shown the MIDI Routing assignment for individual Channel Selection in Cubasis 3 for iPad. One of the most revolutionary features of ChordWalk is the ability to route the MIDI data stream, originating at any individual creation area, to be independently paired with individual instrument tracks in Cubasis 3 for iPad. As shown above, you can assign individual MIDI Channel to all individual Creation area within ChordWalk.

In Cubasis, Select on a track number. Select Routing, in the inspector, as shown below. A dropdown menu will appear showing all available MIDI sources. Select Local MIDI as the MIDI source. Select on Channel selection and a further selection table, “MIDI Input” will display a MIDI Channel assignment table. Select a MIDI Channel number to correspond with the MIDI Channel assigned to the creation area that you wish to Pair with this Track.

The MIDI Data stream origination at that creation area in ChordWalk will now be routes to this Track in Cubasis.

Remember, you can assign the same MIDI Channel number to multiple Creation areas within ChordWalk, to be paired with a single instrument track in Cubasis. This can be very effective when you are creating advanced beats.
